At Convert, we don t have a hierarchy Instead, we run on an operating system called Holacracy. This means we take on roles based on interest and expertise in order to adapt Convert.com to changing business needs. Here is a sampling of my accomplishments: OPERATIONS Engineered our bootstrapped transition from a traditional hierarchy, which our founder didn t like working at, to a self-organized company, via Holacracy. We re fueled by transparency and agency, and he now loves coming to work Designed a blind application process that eliminated bias related to gender, sexual orientation, religion, social class, level of education, citizenship or refugee status, age, accent, or marital status. Coached Converters to a 25 increase in consistently providing constructive peer feedback. Empowered Converters through 1:1 s and group coaching on; feedback, setting expectations, creating boundaries, failing out loud, and saying no. Spearheaded our carbon reduction and conscious business strategy 2016-2022 Drafted and implemented our Non-Aligned Customers Policy which allows us to live our conscious business values by not engaging with companies that don t align. SALES & SUCCESS Process improvements to customer support to improve handoffs and resolution times by 25 .
