About Jim Sterne
Jim Sterne has spent 45 years in sales and marketing, and the last 30 focused entirely on how organizations measure digital success. He founded the Marketing Analytics Summit in 2002, co-founded the Digital Analytics Association in 2004, and has written 13 books on digital marketing and analytics. His latest, co-authored with Tom Davenport, is The New Science of Customer Relationships: Delivering the One-to-One Promise with AI (2025). He also co-founded Coastal Intelligence, an AI think tank and community initiative in Santa Barbara, and runs Data Driven Leaders Studio, a mastermind program for analytics and AI strategy.
