I am all about experiences. The true value of life lies in the experiences you have as a person. I’m dedicated to creating great experiences for customers, employees and audiences. With a background in Social Psychology I talk about how experiences can be created, enriched and optimized based on psychological insights, ideas and theories. I love it when data, psychology and an experience come together. That’s my area of expertise and in my opinion that’s where the true magic takes place for people and companies. I’m into 3 experience area’s: - As the Digital Experience Lead at Brand New Day I work at the intersection of data, psychology (aka behavioral science), and creating great experiences for our customers - The experience of a great manager can have of major impact on an employee’s wellbeing and performance, and therefore the business. I love writing about how to become the best manager you can be, based on insights from Social Psychology. - I enjoy providing great experiences as a singer to my audience and as a voiceover to my listeners.
