At IIH Nordic, I led the buildout of our Product department and helped reshape the company s direction through strategy, analytics, and tech partnerships. I worked across industries fashion, pharma, retail, logistics to help clients like Boozt, Matas, Maersk, and Norlys navigate market shifts, drive growth, and make smarter decisions with data. Internally, I was part of the strategic transformation, supporting C-levels with board materials and quarterly planning. I launched new products, grew vendor relationships, and brought structure to how we prioritised investments in privacy, automation, and platform maturity. From profit otimisation strategies, through customer traceability frameworks to privacy-first tools like Recapture, I m proud of the balance we struck between commercial impact and long-term value.
