Innovation and Disruptive Technologies expert, with +20 years of experience developing and implementing innovation strategies and culture, and developing digital products with a strong focus on Human Centered Design, highlighting his experience at Inditex as Head of Innovation Projects. He is currently focused on Futures Studies (Strategic Foresight, Moonshot Thinking, Design Futures...) and their application in business strategies to create a better world; on the ethical use of disruptive technologies with a social purpose such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain or Internet of Things; and on the study of the functioning of the brain (mental models, systemic thinking, learn to learn...) for the creation of methodologies, techniques and tools to develop skills for the future. CEO & Co-founder of Innuba, a strategic innovation consulting firm that helps organisations and leaders to understand the complex present, to imagine positive futures and make them a reality through disruptive innovation, collaboration ecosystems, humanistic technology and new narratives. He is also co-author of the book "Upgrade: develop a future-proof profile", a guide that brings together in a very simple way the skills, frameworks and tools that any professional should incorporate for the complex and uncertain context in which we live. Co-founder and partner at Social Noise (digital creative agency) and Guud (live engagement platform), and also board member of several startups such as Usizy, Hoop Carpool, Ecodicta, Debuencafé & Qultu.org.
