For the past 20+ years, I’ve built and led Analytics organizations focused on optimizing enterprise websites, eCommerce platforms, web apps, cloud technologies, desktop software, and mobile products. Business Intelligence is the key to effective business strategy and happy customers, both online and offline. The combination of my visual design talents, capacity for structuring and interpreting big data, and software engineering background has laid the groundwork for an exciting and fulfilling career in an industry that’s always changing and ever-relevant. All of my experience, along with my passion for Real Estate and alternative investing, has culminated in the creation of Wealth Syndy - the first passive investing tool solely focused on the investor. Senior Product Manager, Analytics
Upon successfully establishing a Web Analytics program, took control of the Product Analytics organization as well, leading over 20 product and project managers, engineers, analysts, and a development manager to enable better data collection for 40 highly customized applications. Oversaw the engineering of proprietary in-product SDKs, data pipelines and analytics tools to facilitate data collection. Drove strategy and execution to transform billions of events into searchable and parsable data information by aggregating, ingesting, and segmenting raw data. Translated business requirements into useful analytics and reporting by maintaining high-level vision of data architecture and platform integration.

Head of Web Analytics Platforms
Supervised a senior product manager and 4 web analytics engineers, while managing a 1.25M CapEx budget allocated for equipment purchase/maintenance and web technology. Worked cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Management and Data Science teams to ensure effective integration with attribution and back-end models. Evolved and modernized Web Analytics through a strategic focus on capturing and preparing data. Established full GDPR privacy compliance while standardizing and expanding usage of Google and Adobe Analytics from 30 websites to 120 localized websites and microsites. Converted marketers into analytics champions by producing user-friendly dashboards and data visualization tools embedded in web pages, resulting in a 40 reduction in ad hoc report requests. Increased active internal user base 250 (to over 400 users) by evangelizing Analytics program and implementing analytics training company-wide. Defined and executed on-site personalization through use case definition and vendor selection in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and ABM. Guided 5-month Tag Management System (TMS) transition, including defining data models.
