I believe we are currently executing "the biggest psychological experiment" ever. I assist companies in learning what drives our choices, emotions and behaviours better than we understand our selves or as science does. And whoops, that comes with serious ethical responsibilities, therefore I'm active in and initiating several task forces and associations on a national and European level).

Tourism Manager
As Tourism Manager I am responsible for building a rewilding tourism network and demonstrating the socio-economic impact and benefits of rewilding aligned tourism for local economies. I take an active role in developing ways to unlock these providers and bring together supply and demand by realizing and evolving a rewilding tourism marketplace . My main responsibilities are: - Co-lead the implementation of the Nature Tourism Strategic Plan 2030 . - Supervision of team members and service providers/ consultants. - Ensure meeting objectives for a) operating revenues (commissions and partnerships), b) number of visitors to @rewildingeurope landscapes via the booking platform and partner travel agencies, c) High-level of satisfaction from visitors and landscape entrepreneurs, c) Assure visitors become rewilding ambassadors , d) Get broad, positive support and feedback from selected Rewilding Europe and Landscape staff - Take ownership and responsibility for developing the touristic demand. More specifically: Build and market the Rewilding Europe owned booking platform, - Establish partnerships with selected Travel Agencies that are aligned with our Rewilding Tourism values and principles. - Manage the P&L of the tourism.
Chairman of the Social & Economic Psychology section (within the Dutch Institute for Psychology)
My aim as chairman of the Social & Economic Psychology section is to make profit and non-profit organisations realise the necessity of using psychological knowledge as fundament when influencing large groups of humans, as well as leaving these efforts to well trained and skilled psychologists, in order to assure interventions that are both ethically and in the benefit of human welfare. The section catalyses the sharing of the exponential development of reliable knowledge about behaviour and happiness within the social and commercial domains, as well as within science on the basis of the exponentially growing digital experimentation possibilities. Finally, it is our goal to bring more ethics and focus on human well-fare in the application and knowledge growth within the commercial and social domain. The new section works in a contemporary manner and builds an inclusive network where knowledge sharing is central and where psychologists from all different disciplines are welcome. It is precisely because of the diversity that a strong section is created that deals with doing good for humanity.

Team CroCo is a CRO agency and digital experiment development agency. The company realizes exponential growth for its clients (#nocurenopay) using high-velocity experimentation. The highly experienced team completed thousands of A/B-tests and achieves unprecedented levels of ROI for its clients. These ROIs are realised through the high level of specialism of the employees, as well as by maintaining low-cost levels (the team is distributed all over the world). From 2018 the company became self-managing, resulting in a management buy-out in 2020.
